It is recommended to store the hose in a dry and ventilated indoor environment, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature or extremely cold environment. Ultraviolet rays will accelerate the aging of PVC materials, making them hard and lose flexibility, while too low a temperature may cause the hose to become brittle and affect its bending performance. Therefore, when storing, avoid exposing the hose to sunlight or severe cold weather for a long time. If it must be stored outdoors, it is recommended to use a cover or protective cover for protection.
It is also key to avoid contact between the hose and corrosive substances. In the welding work environment, there may be oil, chemical solvents, welding slag or other corrosive substances, which may cause damage to the PVC hose. During storage and use, the hose should be kept away from direct contact with acids, alkalis, oils or solvents, and the hose surface should be wiped with a clean damp cloth after use to remove residual welding slag and stains to ensure that its surface is clean and pollution-free.

During daily use, correct operation can also help reduce the aging rate of the hose. For example, during welding operations, do not keep the hose close to high-temperature welding flames or welding slag splashing areas for a long time to prevent high temperature scalding or burning through the hose surface. Avoid dragging the hose on the ground during use to reduce friction loss with rough surfaces, thereby extending its durability.
